Gow's Lybster

Ce Marking – En1090

Gow’s Lybster Ltd have recently gained the new CE Marking standard EN1090-1:2009+A1:2011 which was achieved with the hard work of Brian Munro our QHSE manager, Alan MacLennan our Engineering Manager /Responsible Welding Co-ordinator and the rest of the Gow’s team.

Apprentices

We currently have 1 full time apprentice Johnathon Kennedy and are looking to employ an additional apprentice through the apprentice training scheme run in conjunction with the North Highland College.

Students

We work closely with the North Highland College to provide placements to students on a weekly basis giving them essential training in an actual work environment to enable them to enhance their skills for future employment opportunities.

Gow’s Lybster are delighted to have assisted with the recent Lybster School production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat by purchasing tee-shirts for all the pupils. Well done Lybster Primary is was a great success!!!!!

Contract Award

We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Provision of Spacers for the Catcher Spacer Project for Subsea 7 and look forward to working together to provide a successful project.
